Atargatis - The First Mermaid

Hi everyone, here's my attempt at a Mermaid for #mermay.

The character is based on Atargatis, a goddess of the Moon and feminine powers from ancient Mesopotamia. She was also said to have become the first mermaid after trying to drown herself in a lake after accidentally killing her lover.
